Defined Service Boundaries
Asia Global Analytics (hereinafter "The Company") provides high-tier consulting and platform access at Nguyen Hue 220, Ho Chi Minh City. These terms constitute a legal contract between the User and the Company regarding the use of our digital environment.
Acceptable Utilization
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to interact with our enterprise analytics interfaces. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithm structures or scrape raw data intelligence outputs without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Account Integrity
Access credentials for our big data solutions dashboards are personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of session keys and multi-factor authentication tokens provided by our security layer.
We reserve the right to suspend access to any user who exhibits patterns of programmatic abuse or attempts to bypass our regional access controls. All interactions within the AsiaGlobalAnalytics.digital domain are logged for security auditing purposes in alignment with our Privacy Policy.
Ownership & Rights
All content, including but not limited to source code, visual interfaces, data visualization logic, and the "Asia Global Analytics" trademark, is the exclusive property of the Company.
The "Asia Global" logo, stylized data motifs, and proprietary reporting formats are protected by Vietnamese and International copyright laws. Redistribution of internal intelligence snapshots is permitted only through verified export protocols.

System Availability
We aim for maximum uptime but do not provide absolute guarantees of uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance for big data solutions clusters is typically performed during low-traffic windows (GMT+7).
Third-Party Flux
Our platform may integrate feeds from external market providers. We are not responsible for the latency or integrity of upstream data sources beyond our direct control.
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of AsiaGlobalAnalytics.digital will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
